**THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO REDUCE THE QUANTITY FOR CLIN 0001 DUE TO INSUFFICIENT TIME ALLOWANCE FOR ADDITIONAL GOVERNMENT FUNDING APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR QUOTES AS RECEIVED.
THE NEW SPECIFICATIONS SHALL REFLECT THE FOLLOWING:

THE SECONDARY PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO EXTEND THE SOLICITATION ACCEPTANCE PERIOD BY AN ADDITIONAL THREE (3) DAYS IN ORDER TO ALLOW ALL QUOTERS TO REVIEW, REVISE AND RESUBMIT THEIR ORIGINAL SUBMISSIONS FOR BOTH SUBMISSION COMPLIANCE AND PRICING ADJUSTMENT.
***IN ADDITION, ALL PREVIOUS QUOTERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN AND RETURN THIS AMENDMENT AS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE REQUIRED CHANGES. ANY PREVIOUS SUBMISSIONS THAT DO NOT SUBMIT A SIGNEDMODIFICATION, FORM SF-30, WILL NO LONGER BE CONSIDERED FOR FURTHER CONSIDERATION DURING THE REVIEW PROCESS.

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award a firm fixed price contract for SIXTY (60) CIAO Wireless Amplifiers, P/N: CA24-456, that are in accordance with the required specifications for the National Logistics Support Center in Grandview, MO. The Governments intends to make an award to the responsive responsible quoter providing the Best Value to the government in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Brand Name Justification. The firm fixed price award will be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside.
