• The purpose of this procurement is to provide NOAA hydrographic field teams with reliable, fixed-mount sound velocity probes (RESON SVP-70) to support accurate depth measurements during survey operations. These sensors provide continuous sound speed data at the sonar, which is necessary to ensure the quality and accuracy of hydrographic survey data.This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR SUBPART 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
