The requirement is to procure the services of a Facility Explorer Pro Building Automation System (BAS) Johnson Controls Incorporated (JCI) certified technician with at least 3-years of experience who is expected to provide onsite services for 16 hours on consecutive days once a month for a total of 12 months a year. The requirement will include a base year and four, one-year option periods. The contractor shall perform programming, graphics, repair front-end issues, and calibrate metering in accordance with manufacturers- specifications of all censors, controllers, and actuators as directed by the Government Central Plant Supervisor and Central Plant Engineer technical representatives. - Documents:
