Response to this Sources Sought is strictly voluntary and will not affect any company ability to submit an offer if a solicitation is released. Any requests for a solicitation package will be disregarded. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on this Sources Sought or otherwise pay for the information solicited. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise because of preparing submissions in response to this Sources Sought and the Government use of such information. Nogales International Wastewater Treatment Plant (NIWTP) Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (MAIDIQ), $500,000 per task order, not to exceed $4,000,000 per year, Solicitation Number: FY25S3281024
SYNOPSIS: IBWC has a requirement to maintain the existing wastewater treatment facility and its systems in Nogales, AZ. The Contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel and materials to develop projects that will become part of NIWTP real property. Work is to include rehab, or repairs, of NIWTP and its 8.8 mile-long International Outfall Interceptor pipe. The offeror shall possess the skill and licenses required to perform sewer and wastewater treatment plant repair projects.
