Description
This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures.
Supply/Service needed: MJROTC is purchasing entry into a quiz bowl format Academic Bowl for MCJROTC units for all branches of DoD, consisting of three levels of competition using two online preliminary rounds and a final round including ASVAB/SACT/SAT test improvement products for all cadets and a capstone event. The contractor includes complete logisitics required for final, live championship round. Sister brances of service to include Army, Navy, and Air Force must also be in the field of competition during the live championship during the live championship hosted at a college campus.
The Government intends to Award on a Sole Source Basis to: College Options Foundation, INC. 128 Willow Creek DR, Peachtree, GA. 30269-1695, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available.
All interested and/or responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
