Description
The USDA, Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) intends to issue an award on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)) to bioMerieux, Inc at 515 Colorow Dr Salt Lake City, UT 84108. FSIS seeks to establish a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), bioMerieux Inc, to procure four (4) mASTERCLAVE 60 EVO. BioMérieux, Inc. is the sole manufacturer, supplier of instrument service, and supplier of instrument training for the MASTERCLAVE 10 (ref. 4704389), MASTERCLAVE 20 (ref. 4704390), MASTERCLAVE 60 EVO (ref. 4707326) and APS ONE (ref. AESAP1085, AESAP1086) and associated parts.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data sufficient to determine capability in providing the same or similar supply. All capability statements received by the closing date of this publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Capability statements shall be submitted only by e-mail as a Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, or Adobe PDF attachment to angela.carey@usda.gov.
