Description
The U.S. Government intends to award, on a sole source basis, a contract to Oakwood Solutions, LLC dba The Conover Company for Conover Online Professional Software license usage in support of United States Army Cadet Command (USACC). The statutory authority for the sole source procurement of these services is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.501(a)(1)(ii), sole source (including brand name) acquisitions under the authority of the simplified procedures for certain commercial items.

However, the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Knox is seeking vendors that may be capable of performing these services in order to support a competitive procurement. Accordingly, the U.S. Government highly encourages all interested businesses (large and small) to respond to this notice.

The anticipated NAICS code is: 513210 - Software Publishers with a size standard of $47,000,000.00.

In response to this notice, please provide:
