Description
This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award a Sole Source Purchase Order for Media Access Pro. The estimated period of performance is a one (1) year base period plus two (2) option years. This contract will be under NAICS code 519190 to BIA Advisory Services, LLC; 14901 Bogle Drive Suite 101; Chantilly, VA 20151.
This is a sole source requirement in accordance with FAR Authority 13.106-1(b)(1), Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or service required at the level of quality required because of the supplies or service are unique or highly specialized. For this requirement, BIA Advisory Services, LLC possesses the necessary capabilities. This service will be provided in Washington, D.C. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.
