PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, firm fixed price contract with REMOTEC, Inc, Address: 353 JD Yarnell Industrial Parkway Clinton, TN 37716 for the purpose of upgrading existing F6B REMOTEC models to the Spartan model. The FBI possesses robots manufactured by REMOTEC, Inc. The existing robots are required to upgrade to the Spartan to remain within industry standards and teach technicians on equipment they will encounter in the field. These robots are proprietary to REMOTEC, Inc., and they are the only manufacturer and distributer of these parts and upgrade capabilities. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. - Documents:
