The Health Contracting Readiness Office (HRCO). JBSA - Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Beckman Coulter, Inc. 250 S. Kraemer BLVD Brea, CA 92821 under the authority 41 U.S.C. 1901, IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source is reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization. This requirement is for the lease of a urinalysis analyzer system in support of U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM)McDonald Army Health Center (MCACH), Eustis, VA. The contractor shall install, service, and maintain the equipment. The vendor shall furnish all testing devices including reagents to perform laboratory urinalysis testing at MCACH. Award will be on or about 1 October 2025. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325413 In-Virto Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing. The period of performance 1 October 2025 through 30 September 2026. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,250 Employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes.
