THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details. PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND. The purpose of the Solicitation is to contract with a responder(s) to provide a Non-AAMI Certified Service Maintenance for Biomedical Equipment and repairs for St. Peter Regional Treatment Center, under contract release number S-909. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective responders regarding this solicitation Must be submitted in writing to rhiannon.fissehaye@state.mn.us no later than May 26, 2025, at 3:00 PM Central Time. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the Buyer listed above may result in rejection of the response.
