Description
The Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center, located 1808 W. Aztec Ave, Gallup, New Mexico 87301 has an upcoming requirement for Non-Personal Service Contract for Fourty-Three (43) Registered Nurses in the Emergency Department at the Gallup Indian Medical Center. Period of Performance will have a Base Period Beginning 07/01/2025 - 12/31/2026 with Three Option Periods. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320 with a small business size standard of 20,188 employees.
The Request for Quotations No. 75H71024Q00131 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 03/26/2025. Evaluation factors may include Contractor Licenses/Certifications (BLS,ACLS,PALS, NRP, ENPC/TNCC, Diplomas,etc.), three (3) references of the Contractor, Experience, and price. Quotes will be due on or by 04/16/2025. The acquisition is unrestricted with a reserve of 20 small businesses. Multiple awards will be issued as follows: 10 ISBEE's and 10 small business awards.
