THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION
The Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center, U.S. Hwy 491 North, Shiprock NM, 87420 has an upcoming requirement for a Non-Personal Service Contract for two (2) Internal Medicine Physicians.
The Period of Performance is twelve (12) months. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621111 - Office of Physicians with a small business size standard of 1000 employees.
The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00063 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by January 16, 2024.
Evaluation factors may include the quoter-s technical approach to meet or exceed the government-s requirement as described in the Statement of Work, narrative descriptions of a minimum of three (3) past projects of similar or same complexity within the past five (5) years, and pricing information in sufficient detail.
Quotes will be due on or by January 27, 2025. The acquisition is a Total Indian-own, Small Business, Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside.
In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have - and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) - an active profile in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
