**THIS IS A BUY INDIAN SET ASIDE per Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47 and only offers form Buy Indian small businesses will be accepted. **
The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located at US Hwy 491 North, Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 has a requirement to one (1) Operating Room Assistants (Scrub Technician). The position will work FTE. Services will be performed in accordance to the attached Statement of work. The Period of Performance will base period for 6 months with an option to extend and additional 6 months.
Estimated base: 03/03/2025 to 09/02/2025, Option to extend: 09/03/2025 to 03/02/2026

The Request for Quotations No. IHS1508521 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used.
