The current inventory of military, non-standard parachute systems require replacements for aging items. This contract will supply the necessary resources to maintain the stock of military, non-standard parachute systems in a fully operational status. Nontactical parachutes are required IAW NAVSPECWARCOMINST 3000.3D & USSOCOM 350-3, while instructors are preforming instructor duties and videography for student teach backs. Many of our nontactical parachute canopies have reached their lifecycle end or are about to in the upcoming months. Additionally, some canopies requested are an increase to provide nontactical parachutes for the new hire GS employees as the NPC instructor staff. All nontactical parachutes are required to have one main canopy and one reserve canopy. - Documents:
