- Bowman invites the submission of bids for the construction of new water and sewer services for the North Avenue Cooperative Infrastructure Improvement Project in the New North End in Burlington, Vermont. This project consists of constructing new water and sewer services for 120 units throughout the park (approximately 5,500- of 4” PVC, 5,400- of ¾” poly and 70 meter pits). This Project will not include any work within the roadways, no new utility mains nor any new plumbing connections.
