North Carolina A&T State University Maintains A Large And Diverse Campus Landscape That Enhances The Overall Aesthetic, Environmental Quality, And Student Experience. Over Time, Various Campus Areas Have Experienced Plant Deterioration, Irrigation Inefficiencies, Outdated Design, And General Wear From High Foot Traffic And Seasonal Weather Conditions. To Support The University'S Commitment To A Well-Maintained, Welcoming, And Sustainable Environment, The Grounds Department, In Collaboration With Facilities Management, Has Identified The Need For A Comprehensive, Campus-Wide Landscape Renovation And Installation Initiative. Purpose: The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Establish A Convenience Agreement With Qualified Landscape Contractors To Perform On-Call Renovation And Installation Services Across Campus. This Includes Demolition Of Outdated Plantings, Bed Reconfiguration, Installation Of New Vegetation, Irrigation System Repairs And Upgrades, Chemical Treatments, Decorative Hardscaping, And Low-Voltage Lighting Installation. The Selected Contractor(S) Will Help Ensure That The University'S Exterior Spaces Are Visually Appealing, Environmentally Sustainable, And Functionally Supportive Of Student And Campus Activities. The Contract Aims To Provide Flexibility, Pricing Transparency, And High-Quality Standards For Both Planned And Responsive Landscaping Needs Throughout The University.
