This Area Should Encompass The Entire Mcdermott Rd Loop. Primary Functions Of The Selected Entity Will Be To: Select Consultants And/Or Entities Who Are Subject Matter Experts Through An Rfq (Request For Qualifications) Process, Oversee The Analysis And Recommendations And Produce The Report.
