The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on November 8, 2024, and are effective on December 8, 2024. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.The regulation changes will first appear in Register 252, January 2025, of the Alaska Administrative Code.The regulations concern the Air Quality State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Fairbanks North Star Borough, to resolve nonattainment of controls for PM-2.5 fine particulate matter.
