Tender are invited for NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTALCONSERVATION On April 8, 2025 the Department of Environmental Conservation adopted a repeal of regulations in 18AAC 31. 18 AAC 31.012(a), which pertains to homemade food exemptions, is being repealed due to aconflict with newly enacted statutes—specifically AS 17.20.332 through AS 17.20.338.The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by theOffice of the Lieutenant Governor on April 11, 2025, and are effective on May 11, 2025. Attached is acopy of the filed regulations.The regulation changes will first appear in Register 254, July 2025, of the Alaska Administrative Code.
