Tender are invited for NOTICE OF ANALYSIS AND PROPOSED DECISIONALPINE DIESEL PIPELINE, ADL 415932ALPINE CENTRAL FACILITY TO KUUKPIK PAD REROUTE The Alaska Department of Natural Resources (DNR), pursuant to Alaska Statute (AS) 38.35.080, hereby gives notice that DNR has prepared an Analysis and Proposed Decision for an amendment request submitted by ConocoPhillips Company (CPC) to add additional lands to reroute the Alpine Diesel Pipeline (ADP) from its current termination point at the Alpine Central Facility (ACF) to the Kuukpik Pad. The proposed reroute crosses over Kuukpik Corporation-owned lands except for the state-owned lands beneath the Colville River-s Nechelik (Nigliq) and Nigliagvik channels. The project consists of installing new pipeline on existing bridge infrastructure at the channels. The proposed amendment will allow for a temporary discontinuation of use for the section of ADP pipe along the original route to ACF, which would remain in the ADP ROW Lease.
