The IRS is hereby notifying that the delivery order no. 2023H2-25-F-00008 for LucidLink cloud-based NAS equivalent mass storage SaaS was awarded to FCN INC on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow-on to an order already issued under the NASA SEWP contract, and all awardees were given a fair opportunity to be considered for the original order IAW FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C).
The IRS is also hereby posting the justificationfor an except to fair opportunity as required by FAR 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(D).
