The IRS is hereby notifying that the delivery order no. 2023H2-25-F-00005 for Translation Server 10 (STS10) and maintenance services was awarded to Systran Software, INC., on a sole-source basis IAW FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) under the FSS program. Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or servies required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized.
The IRS is also hereby posting the limited-sources justificationfor as required by FAR 8.405-6(a)(2).
