Docket No. U-25-014 was opened to address this matter.In conjunction with its application, SCRS Intermediate Holding Corporation filed a petition for confidential treatment for its unaudited balance sheet and the audited consolidated financial statements of Aventiv Technologies, LLC and its subsidiaries. Interested persons may file a response to the petition for confidential treatment with the Commission by 5:00 p.m., June 20, 2025.The Commission has not assessed the completeness of the application or ruled on the petition for confidential treatment.
