This public notice is for the draft ORL only.Emissions: The change in emissions at the stationary source will not exceed 40 tons per year of NOX potential emissions increases by operating the new EU ID 16 with a three-way catalyst, thereby staying below the minor permitting threshold under 18 AAC 50.502(c)(4).
