Tender are invited for NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on November 12, 2025, Denali Refuse, Inc. (Denali Refuse) and Alaska Waste Mat-Su, LLC d/b/a Alaska Waste (AWMS) filed an application to transfer Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (Certificate) No. 743 from Denali Refuse to AWMS, holder of Certificate No. 731. Docket No. U-25-043 was opened to address this matter.In conjunction with the application, AWMS filed a petition for confidential treatment for the purchase price in the Asset Purchase Agreement filed with the application. Interested persons may file a response to the petition for confidential treatment with the Commission by 5:00 p.m., December 4, 2025.The Commission has not assessed the completeness of the application or ruled on the petition for confidential treatment.
