Description
**Update 9-2-2025**
There was an error on the Attachment 10. QVL Application Form as of 6-5-2025 as it listed the "Construction Services on COMM facilities/equipment" category twice in error. A revised QVL Application Form has been uploaded, along with Amendment 3, correcting the duplicated entry to read as "Construction Services on NAVAIDS facilities/equipment (examples: MALSR, PAPI, VASI, REIL, ALS, VOR, etc.)". Both of the Construction Services on COMM facilities/equipment and Construction Services on NAVAID facilities/equipment categories should have been listed on the original QVL Application form.
The corrected file is listed as Attachment 10. QVL Application Form as of 9-2-2025 and this is the file to be using for the QVL application form.
Due to this error, the due date of the applications, has been extended out from 29 August 2025 to 19 September 2025 at 5pm CT.

Amendment 00002 has been posted which is answering Questions and Answers received for the Qualified Vendor List. Please see the PDF document titled QVL Compiled Questions.

Amendment 00001 has been posted which is revising some sections of the QVL solicitation document.
