Project/Activity: Addition of PET-CT Service Line Project Fairbanks Memorial Hospital seeks to implement a PET-CT service line and purchase a Siemens Biograph 450 machine. The project will occupy up to 3,500 renovated square feet located at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital-s existing facility. Applicant-s Name: Foundation Health, LLC dba Fairbanks Memorial Hospital Total Cost of the Project: $7,400,000. Estimated completion date: December 2026. Project/Activity Service Area: Fairbanks North Star Borough, Denali Borough, Southeast Fairbanks Census Area, and Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area Summary of Decision: In accordance with AS 18.07 and 7 AAC 07, Fairbanks Memorial Hospital-s request for a Certificate of Need for its Addition of PET-CT Service Line Projecthas been approved.
