Tender are invited for The Department of Health (Department) has received an application for a Certificate of Need (CON) for the health care facility project described below.Project/Activity: Inpatient Behavioral Health Expansion - Adult and Adolescent Acute Care ServicesProject Applicant: Mat-Su Regional Medical CenterService Area: Matanuska-Susitna BoroughProject Description: Mat-Su Regional Medical Center plans to expand its Inpatient Behavioral Health services by constructing a new single-floor, 53,900 square foot freestanding building adjacent to its main campus located in Wasilla, Alaska.The facility will have a total of 45 inpatient beds, comprised of 16 existing beds to be relocated from the third floor of the main hospital and the construction of 29 new beds.
