The easement authorizes the use of approximately 0.24 acres of State land for the continued use of a marine outfall line along the tide and submerged lands in Juneau, Alaska within Sections 23 and 24, Township 39 South, Range 64 East, Copper River Meridian.An eligible person affected by this decision, and who provided timely written comment or public hearing testimony to the department, may appeal the decision to the DNR Commissioner per AS 44.37.011 and 11 AAC 02.
