The locator hasapplied with the state to convert mining claims into the following upland mining lease under AS 38.05.205(a) and 11AAC 86.305.Holder: Eric Hoaglund, 1220 12th Ave W. #119, Columbia Falls, MT, 59912 of ADLs 736933-736934 (Kinky #1, Kinky #2), and ADLs 802369-802370 (The Kink #1, The Kink #2) Fairbanks Meridian, Township 006 South, Range 029 East Sections 20 and 21, to convert to Upland Mining Lease ADL 422403.Prior to issuing a mining lease, the state is required to issue a newspaper public notice of the leasing action and determine if there are any conflicting mineral right interests.
