This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). There is no solicitation document available. This is a Notice of Intent of the National Park Service, Interior Region 1, Philadelphia Major Acquisition Buying Office (PA MABO) to issue a contract using 8(a) Sole Source procedures to Terra Site Constructors, LLC, UEI: YDP7CA3MR5V8 for the repair, rehabilitation and protection of Historic Dudley Digges House at Colonial National Historic Park, Historic Dudley Digges House. The NAICS Code is 236220, with a small business standard size of $45 million.
