*****NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD -- Blanket Purchase Agreement *****
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Service Unit located at Crownpoint, New Mexico, intends to negotiate two (2) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with the following vendors:
1. Gallup Lumber Supply
2. Samons Tiger Stores, Inc

The purpose of the Blanket Purchase Agreement is for the delivery of miscellaneous building materials, supplies, hardware, plumbing supplies on an AS NEEDED BASIS for the Crownpoint Service Unit Housing Quarters Department.
The anticipated Period of Performance: Award Date to 12/31/2025 plus One Option Period. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 332999 - All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Products.

No further awards will be made unless the needs of Crownpoint Service Unit encounters changes. Any other vendors who believe they are capable of providing the delivery of the items listed above are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists and catalogs to Crownpoint Healthcare Facility. Responses to this notice shall be received by March 24, 2025 by 8am EST.
In the event additional services are required, capable vendors may be contacted. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
