*****Notice of Intent to Award - Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreement*****
In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), the Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Service Unit, Crownpoint, New Mexico, intends to negotiate four (4) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with the following vendors:
1. Gallup Lumber and Supply,
2. Johnstone Supply
3. Summit Electric
4. Mark-s Plumbing
The purpose of the Blanket Purchase Agreement is for the delivery of miscellaneous building materials, supplies, hardware, plumbing supplies on an AS NEEDED BASIS for the Crownpoint Service Unit Facility Maintenance.

The anticipated period of performance is Base Year with One Option Period. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 332913 and 332999 with a small business size standard of 750 and 1000 respectively.

No further awards will be made unless the need for Crownpoint Service Unit, Crownpoint New, Mexico changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition.

Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the Point of Contact listed below via email only and no later than . In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent.
