Notice of Intent to Award - Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements
In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), the Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Service Unit in Pinon, Arizona, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with Grainger and Burhani Enterprises, Inc for rooftop unit air conditioner, heating boiler, hot water, and domestic water boiler on an as-needed basis…
The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 332510 with a small business size standard of 750.
No further awards will be made unless the need for Pinon Health Center, Facility Department changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the Point of Contact listed below via email only and no later than 3/13/2024.
In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent.
