Description
The Vermont Army National Guard (VTARNG) has a requirement for camp facility and services at a location within Vermont to host the Vermont National Guard Summer Youth Camp for 40 youths between the ages of 8-14 years of age from 13-15 August 2025.
The Contractor shall provide one (1) three-day and two-night residential (overnight) camp for Vermont Army National Guard youth. The camp will offer a diverse range of activities, which will include but are not limited to swimming, arts and crafts, outdoor games, nature exploration, sports, team-building exercises, and hikes through the picturesque green mountains of Vermont. This notice is not a solicitation / request for quotes. Interested parties that believe that they have the capability to satisfy the above requirements are invited to submit responses demonstrating their capability and challenging the intent to award to Concrete Foundation Inc. Hosmer Point on a sole source basis. Responses must be submitted via email to ng.vt.vtarng.mbx.quote-submission@army.mil not later than 20 MAR 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
