INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE
In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), Navajo Area Indian Health Services (NAIHS), Northern Navajo Medical Center located in Shiprock, New Mexico intends to award a non-competitive, sole source, firm fixed priced purchase order with OPTUM 360, 11000 Optum CIR, Eden Prairie, Minnesota 55344-2503 for the annual renewal of the OPTUM Revenue Cycle Pro Software,

The anticipated period of performance is one full year from date of award. The OPTUM 360 revenue software is already installed at Northern Navajo Medical Center infrastructure. OPTUM 360 revenue software is Proprietary Equipment. The applicable Norther American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541511 - Custom Computer Programming Services with a small business size standard of $34.0 millions of dollars.

This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Only emailed responses will be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence, that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Last day to provide affirmative written response is July 10th, 2025 at 08:00am EST.
A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
