Description
This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to Advantor Systems.
The intent of this contract is to procure and install twenty-one (21) card readers in Suite 01-05 in the secure areas of Building 1614. Advantor Systems shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to install the ACS/IDS in accordance with the Intelligence Community Directive Number 705, Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (ICD 705) and the Technical Specification for SCIF Construction.
The proposed contract action is to procure the specific supply for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may submit responses (capability statement) to this notice by email to Kristin Morrison at kristin.morrison.1@us.af.mil and Kamryn Anderson at kamryn.anderson@us.af.mil no later than 5 May 2025. No other communications will be entertained.
This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB); The Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information to be solicited. Although “proposal” and “offeror” are used in this Pre-solicitation, your responses will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. We anticipate a sole source procurement IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304.
