This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to ADVANTOR SYSTEMS CORPORATION. The requirement to procure and install Advantor Closed-Circuit Television System with the most up to date model and installation kit with service and maintenance warranty for the new section. The camera system will be used to increase the surveillance capabilities for on-duty Security team enabling entry and exit checkpoints consisting of personnel and personnel items. Additionaly, the product will be used in emergency situations and in support of random bag screenings.The proposed contract action is to procure the specific service for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.Interested parties may submit unclassified responses to this notice by email to Ms. Brittany Colton at brittany.colton@us.af.mil and Ms. Eva Leavitt at eva.leavitt@us.af.mil no later than 21 January 2025 @ 1100 EST. No other communications will be entertained. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB); The Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information to be solicited. Although “proposal” and “offeror” are used in this Presolicitation, your responses will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. We anticipate a sole source procurement IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304.
