NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCEThis Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available and telephone requests will not be honored. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The FWS PAHRANAGAT NWR intends to award a sole source purchase order XYLEM SONTEK to furnish: LynxSecure Certification Artifact PackageSL Mounting Frame Assembly. Consists of 1.2m (4ft) length mounting frame section, slide assembly with adjustable anglemounting plate, plus handle bar.SL1500-3G. SonTek-SL 1500-kHz 2-D side-looking real time acoustic Doppler current meter/flowmeter. Features advanceddata processing including the SmartPulseHD feature, integrated velocity measurement cell plus current profiling, vertical acoustic beam and pressure sensor (20m range, 0.25% accuracy) for water level measurement, internal flow calculations for both instantaneous discharge as well as total volume, temperature sensor, tilt sensor, RS232, SDI-12, Modbus interfaces and 4 GB recorder in a low profile (5.5cm) urethane pressure case. System includes base mounting plate, USB-RS232 serialadapter, tool kit, dummy plug kit, power supply and memory drive with SonTek-IQ software and technical documentation.20-m power and RS232/SDI-12/Modbus communications cable, compatible with the SonTek-IQ Flow Display, 5-pin male drypluggable to terminal block The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 513210 with the size standard of $41.5 employees.
