Notice of Intent to Sole Source
This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE ACTION and is not a request for quotes.
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Eisenhower GA intends to issue a sole source award to WIDE OPEN WEST FINANCE, LLC (WOW) for Commercial Cable and Internet service under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) and in compliance with FAR 13.501(a) Special documentation requirements. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 517111.
This notice of intent is for information purposes only and not a solicitation. All sources eligible to meet this requirement must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence that clearly articulate the company-s ability to satisfy this requirement. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response. If no responses are received within three (3) calendar days after publication of this notice, which demonstrate comparable capability, then a sole source acquisition award will be made.
A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be treated as market research and considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for this or similar requirements in the future.
