Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source 8(a) to Flatwater Professional Services Company for The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, Mississippi Valley Division, Emergency Operations Center Office Furniture
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, Memphis District, Contracting Branch, intends to issue a commercial supply purchase order pursuant to the authority of FAR 19.8 on a sole source basis to Flatwater Professional Services Company. This procurement is for the supply, delivery, and installation of new furniture for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mississippi Valley Division Emergency Operations Center. The vendor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and perform all operations in connection with furnishing and installing office furniture and removing all packaging materials and debris resulting from the installation. FOB destination: Mississippi Valley Division, Vicksburg, Mississippi 39180.
The proposed action will be a Commercial Firm Fixed-Price Supply type contract.
The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238390 with a Small Business size standard of $19,000,000 dollars.
This action will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability (include detailed technical information and other technical literature) demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements by e-mailing Contract Specialist Alexandria Duckett at Alexandria.D.Duckett@usace.army.mil no later than 10:00 a.m. Central Time on August 7, 2025.
