Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source 8(a) Procurement to Management Solutions, LLC, for Scheduler Support Services

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, Memphis District, Contracting Branch, intends to issue a commercial services contract pursuant to the authority of FAR 19.8 on a sole source basis to Management Solutions, LLC. This procurement is to be performed for the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Memphis District Project Management Branch. The Contractor shall provide one (1) Subject Matter Expert in developing resource loaded Primavera P6 CPM Schedules.
The proposed action will be a Commercial Firm Fixed-Price Supply type contract. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541611 with a Small Business size standard in number of $24,500,000 dollars.
This action will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability (include detailed technical information and other technical literature) demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements by e-mailing Contract Specialist Alexandria Duckett at Alexandria.D.Duckett@usace.army.mil no later than 10:00 a.m. Central Time on April 19, 2024.
