Description
This is a notice of intent to aaward a sole source firm fixed price Firm Fixed Price contract using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 Procedures.

Supply/Service needed: Twenty-six (26) days rental of concert hall for Marine Corps Band Concert performance over a period of seven (7) months from January to August. Dates are as follows: January 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 2025, February 02, 2025, February 09, 2025, February 18, 19, 20, 21, 2025, February 23, 2025, March 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 2025, March 16, 2025, March 29, 30, 2025, April 13, 2025, May 04, 05, 2025, August 22, 23, 2025.

The Government intends to Award on a Sole Source Basis to: Virginia Community College System Office, 8333 Little River TPKE, Annadale, Virginia 22003, under the authority FAR 13.106-1(b), The circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available.

All interested and/or responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
