The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with BlueFors Oy under FAR 13.106-1(b).This is a purchase request to procure installation sets that will be used to install RF and coaxial cables for the BlueFors dilution refrigerator. These superconducting coaxial cables are required to bus signals to the bottom of the dilution refrigerator.
