NOTICE OF INTENET TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:
The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Fort Huachuca Division intends to award a sole-source contract under the authority 41 U.S.C. 1901 and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) - Soliciting from a single source to Lochbox Technologies, Inc. The requirement is as follows:
Ft. Leonard Wood - Voicemail Salient Characteristics Requirements • Callegra.UC 6.25 JITC Certified • Windows 2019 software on each of the Callegra.UC servers • Microsoft SQL 2019 server software for the Database server. • Multi-manufacturer simultaneous connectivity in addition to interoperability with any LSC, End Office, Small End Office, PBX1 or PBX2 currently fielded within the DOD and United State Government facilities. • Up to 1,000,000 voicemail boxes on any single Callegra.UC DataCenter server that can be grown to support thousands of voicemail ports per system with no charges applicable on a per User basis. The DataCenter allows for easy and centralized or de-centralized administration either through the Management Console or the Microsoft Remote Desktop (FIPS Compliant). o UC systems is compatible with IPv6 compliance mandates • UC-s architecture built on industry standard software from Microsoft and associated development environments. • Level Two Sustainment o On-site service, if necessary, as determined by CTI-s Enhanced Services technicians and requested by Fort Leonard Wood. o Enhanced Services labor without additional charge if sustainment services are current at the time the on-site service is required. o Free Callegra.UC version upgrades when available.
