Description
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), hereby gives notice of their intent to award a firm fixed price contract to CCH Incorporated, 2700 Lake Cook RD, Riverwoods, Illinois 60015. On a sole source basis utilizing FAR 13.5, Simplified Acquisition for Certain Commercial Items, procedures in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is for CCH Accounting Research Manager subscription.
Based on market research, CCH is the only vendor that meets the requirements below.
The exclusive topical organization of US and International Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in the form of "Accounting Standards" is proprietary to CCH Incorporated. This subscription includes summaries, rules, and analysis organized by topic and sub-topic. "Accounting Standards" is included in the following subscriptions: Accounting Research Manager Accounting Only Internet, 10K Lookup and Internal Controls Library. CCH owns the copyright on the interpretations contained in the Accounting Research Manager.
Period of Performance: 10/01/2025 through 9/30/2026, plus four (4) option periods
This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider responses from all responsible sources received before the closing date of this notice.
Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the sole source described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of the OCC.
