Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to DAWN VME PRODUCTS (CAGE 45620, 47915 Westinghouse Dr., Fremont, CA 94539-7483). The requirement is for the purchase of the following: (1) G778973-1 Rev A, Backplane (12-slot), Part No. 08-1011079, Qty. 4, (2) Cost of Shipping to San Diego, CA 92110, Qty. 1, and (3) First Article Inspection (if AS9102 report is required), Qty. 1.This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to complete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered.Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 334418 and the size standard is 750 Employees.
