THIS IS INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONY. Under the authority of FAR 13.106, the US Forest Service Procurement & Property Services Field Procurement Operations, Southwest Zone, Contracting Service Area #5 intends to award, on a sole source basis, a Firm Fixed Purchase Order (PO), for the purchase of a one year Energy & Environment News Subscription.
Anticipated Award date is on or about 30 January 2025. The NAICS Code is 519290, Libraries and Archives Size Standard is 1,00. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement within three (3) days of this announcement. Responses are due No Later Than 28 January 2025, 4:00pm Mountain Daylight Time. This action is going to be executed as a Sole Source Firm-Fixed Price type Delivery Order to Politico Pro. Please find attached Sole Source Justification.
