NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONTRACT WITH A SOLE SOURCE:
The United States Air Force (USAF), 55th Contracting Squadron, on behalf of United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), intends to make award to Gartner, Inc., 56 Top Gallant Road, Stamford, Connecticut 06902, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(C).
USSTRATCOM requires a company with deep, relevant experience in sensitive and/or classified information sharing environments with a Top-Secret Facility clearance and the ability to deliver personnel at the TS/SCI level. USSTRATCOM requirements may potentially involve access to sensitive and classified information.
Interested parties stating capability shall provide the following:
a. Executive Programs Leadership Team Plus - Team Leader
b. Executive Programs Leadership Team Plus - Partner
c. Programs Leadership Team Plus - Advisor
d. Chief Human Resources Officers Team - Advisor Team Member
e. Chief Human Resources Officers Team - Advisor Team Leader
NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information, or a copy of the solicitation, will not be considered an affirmative response to this Special Notice. Telephone responses or inquiries to this Special Notice will NOT be accepted.
The 55th Contracting Squadron will consider written responses received no later than 10:00 AM CDT August 13, 2025. Responses must be submitted electronically to amanda.smith.70@us.af.mil, subject line: Special Notice: Gartner Subscription Services no later than 10:00 AM CDT August 13, 2025.
Vendor responses must include sufficient evidence that clearly shows the proposed product and/or service is capable of meeting all of the characteristics needed and described above.
